This one-night pop-up at The Revelry pairs the valley’s boldest flavours with a touch of culinary theatre. Think bite-sized brilliance from local pros and Okanagan College’s next-gen talent, each creation matched with pours from top wineries, breweries, and distilleries.

You taste, you mingle, you vote — for the best bite, the best sip, the best pairing. It’s part competition, part celebration, and fully a reminder of why the Okanagan still knows how to throw a delicious party.

Tickets are limited, but the memories (and maybe the bragging rights) linger a little longer.

In partnership with the Okanagan Chefs Association, Amuse will raise funds to champion mentorship, advancement and education of Okanagan College culinary students and aspiring junior chefs.
