There’s something magical about Ladner when the village streets fill with laughter, clinking glasses and art in every window. On September 25, the annual Art & Wine Stroll turns this riverside town into a gallery you can sip your way through.

Glass in hand, you wander shop to shop, tasting pours from local wineries and breweries, meeting the artists who’ve set up easels and displays among the boutiques. One corner hums with live music, another with chatter as neighbours bump into each other and swap tasting notes.

This isn’t your typical night out — it’s a slow-paced celebration of creativity and community. From jewellery makers to painters, from crisp whites to bold reds, every stop offers a new pairing of flavour and expression. By the time twilight settles in, you’ll have discovered more than a few new favourites — both in your glass and on the walls.

Tickets include your keepsake wine glass and tastings, and they do sell out. So grab a friend, wear your strolling shoes, and get ready to sip, savour and see Ladner in a whole new light.
